[Un]Defining Women

[un]defining women

when the dictionary’s definition doesn’t seem to get it right.

No need to Google it. We can tell you exactly what it says. The term woman is defined as “an adult human female”, “a wife, girlfriend, or lover”, “a female person associated with a particular place, activity, or occupation”, “a female worker or employee”, or most simply as “female adults in general”. Although we agree that these statements could be partially correct, we also think that they don’t come remotely close to giving us a REAL and FAIR definition of women. And maybe that’s because there’s not one way to define them.

International Women’s Day is right around the corner, and we thought this could be a great opportunity to celebrate women. All of them.

Throughout the month of March we will be sharing with you video interviews with did with some of the most extraordinary individuals. We wanted them to help us understand what it means to be a woman nowadays, how they navigate daily challenges and what makes them happy.

We laughed. We cried. We listen. We learned. These women were pure inspiration to us, and we hope they will inspire you too. Make sure to follow us on Facebook, or sign up to get early access to the full nine interviews, plus some condensed version videos!.
